ce611a27be Change rounding of the horizontal DWT to match the vertical one. 
This allows some simplifications and optimizations and should
not have any effect on quality.

89da5781a1 Call av_find_stream_info() immediately after opening an input file. 
Needed to avoid reading the same TS two times at the beginning of the
file (whic resulted in an "error, non monotone timestamps..." when
streaming RTP from a file)

d6a0906ad1 When looking for the last packet in each 
stream, so as to calculate the duration, don't stop
as soon as all streams have seen at least one packet.
Otherwise the duration will be shorter than it
should be.  We must keep reading to the end-of-file.
