Nick Craig-Wood 8ffe3e462c webdav: nextcloud: implement backoff and retry for 423 LOCKED errors 
When uploading chunked files to nextcloud, it gives a 423 error while
it is merging files.

This waits for an exponentially increasing amount of time for it to
clear.

If after we have received a 423 error we receive a 404 error then we
assume all is good as this is what appears to happen in practice.

Rclone

Rclone ("rsync for cloud storage") is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers.

  • Alias: rename existing remotes 📄
  • Cache: cache remotes (DEPRECATED) 📄
  • Chunker: split large files 📄
  • Combine: combine multiple remotes into a directory tree 📄

  • Union: join multiple remotes to work together 📄

  • MD5/SHA-1 hashes checked at all times for file integrity
  • Timestamps preserved on files
  • Partial syncs supported on a whole file basis
  • Copy mode to just copy new/changed files
  • Sync (one way) mode to make a directory identical
