c2f9ef8fb2 support for selecting which plane to use for metrics in the pullup 
core (one of the chroma planes could be used for much lower cpu load
at the expense of some accuracy) and turning off verbose mode.

5f7b31fede disable code that DOES NOT WORK (it won't load real playlists and 
makes mplayer hang forever on unrecognized files), and probably avoid
vulnerabilities at the same time

4aa6d1e3bf big update of cputable: 
- Fixed/Updated Cyrix/IDT CPUs from VIA (some entries were mixed up to wrong vendor)
- Updated Intel Table (newer P4, Pentium-M, Itanium, Itanium 2 (unused))
- Updated AMD Table (Athlon 64, no info on Athlon 64 FX yet...)

d7f68d1212 Changed the criteria for when to drop RTP packets whose timestamp is too far 
behind that of the other (audio or video) stream.  Now, this is done only
if both streams have been synchronized using RTCP.

943904865f Forced subtitles patch by Arne Driescher <driescher@mpi-magdeburg.mpg.de> 
For a given subtitle language you can now chose to display
  only the forced subtitles. Defaut is set to "show all subtitles"
  so that current mplayer behaviour is not changed.

For DVD:
  Use -forced_subs_only additionally to e.g. -slang en
  if you are only interested in the forced subtitles.

For VobSub:
  The idx file is now parsed for the "forced subs: ON/OFF" tag
   and used according to its settings.

Key:
  You can toggle the display of forced subtitles by pressing
   "F"  (upper case letter).
