Sam Hocevar a9bd5d7e22 * debian/control:
+ Build-depend on fixed linux-kernel-headers packages.
  * debian/rules:
    + Look for faad in extras/faad2, not extras/faad.
    + Enable postprocessing in the ffmpeg configuration.
    + Activated libcaca video output.
