Rafaël Carré 28f90a274d audioscrobbler: clean up
- cosmetics ( xx ) -> (xx) (look at patch with -w)
- remove useless header inclusion
- move some variables from p_sys to Run() function scope
- fix invalid asprintf() return value checks
