Thomas Guillem 5b4e4f28a5 Revert "vlc_opengl: refactor vlc_gl_t creation"
And use vlc_object_create() instead of the newly reverted vlc_gl_Create().

This reverts commit 79b2187631.

Filip Roséen 79b2187631 vlc_opengl: refactor vlc_gl_t creation
Given that there are places in the codebase that just require a
created object of type vlc_gl_t ("gl"), these changes split the object
creation into two functions:

 - vlc_gl_Create: a simple wrapper around vlc_custom_create
 - vlc_gl_ModuleCreate: creates a vlc_gl_t with an associated
                        module/surface.

Rémi Denis-Courmont 49a9058aaf opengl: remove legacy stubs
The caller, normally opengl/display.c or formerly gl.c, is responsible
for setting and clearing the current context before entering the
generic OpenGL rendering code.

Rémi Denis-Courmont c4ee2fc8ef gl: add resize callback
At least the Wayland EGL backend needs to be notified of the size of
the window (which is independent of glViewport()).

This could conceivably also be implemented with a call to
glGetIntegerv(GL_VIEWPORT), but that would introduce a dependency on
the GL - which the EGL plugin has avoided so far.

It is possible, that some minor piece of code was badly tracked, for
some reasons (SVN, mainly) or that some small developers did not answer.
However, as an "œuvre collective", defined as in "CPI 113-2 alinéa 3",
and seeing "Cour. Cass. 17 Mai 1978", and seeing that the editor and
the very vast majority of developers have agreed (> 99.99% of the code,
> 99% of developers), we are fine here.

Rémi Denis-Courmont 97a961bd13 vlc_gl_t: abstract OpenGL provider
This API is abstracted away from the video output. In a way, this goes
back to the previous opengl provider API, except that:
 - it is really independent of the video output,
 - it supports GL ES explicitly.

Gildas Bazin bb13e22780 * modules/video_output/x11/*: the glx "opengl provider" makes use of xcommon.c.
* modules/video_output/opengl.c: new platform independant OpenGL vout (uses an "opengl provider" module).
* modules/visualization/galaktos/*: uses the new "opengl provider" module.

Cyril Deguet 4994baa723 * all: created a new module type "opengl provider", which provides a
simple interface to create and use OpenGL windows
 * modules/video_output/x11/glx.c: the GLX vout now implements the
  "opengl provider" interface
 * modules/visualization/galaktos/*: no more dependency on GLX: we use
the generic opengl provider interface instead.
