* modules/access/cdda.c, modules/access/vcd/*: New CD digital audio module (by me and fenrir).
You can now listen to your favorite CDDAs with vlc, or even stream them :) (Their is not yet any support for jitter correction). * modules/codec/araw.c: small clean-up.
