Print a warning to let applicatios fix their use.

According to EBU tech 3285 supplement 3 the dwPosPeakOfPeaks field
should contain the absolute position to the maximum audio sample value,
but the current implementation writes the relative peak frame index
instead.
Fix the issue by writing the "unknown" value (-1) for now until the
feature is implemented correctly.

FF_API_LOWRES:
Since this functionality depends on AVStream->codec, i figure the two can
be removed at the same time in the next bump or so.
FF_API_AVCTX_TIMEBASE:
Couldn't get this one to work. Not just libavcodec but apparently also
libavformat and ffmpeg.c expect AVCodecContext->time_base to be set for
decoding. Upon removal some tests report a different generic stream time
base (like 1/25), and others lose packet duration values. I guess it's
somehow tied to the AVStream->codec clusterfuck.
It can be dealt with alongside FF_API_LAVF_AVCTX in the next bump.
FF_API_OLD_FILTER_OPTS_ERROR:
This one is meant to remain after FF_API_OLD_FILTER_OPTS is removed.
Its purpose is displaying the corrected command line using the new syntax
as a suggestion as part of the error message.

This patch makes aviobuf work more like traditinal file IO, which is how people
think about it.
For example, in the past, aviobuf only flushed buffers until the current buffer
position, even if more data was written to it previously, and a backward seek
was used to reposition the IO context.
From now, aviobuf will keep track of the written data, so no explicit seek will
be required till the end of the buffer, or till the end of file before flushing.
This fixes at least one regression, fate-vsynth3-flv was broken if
flush_packets option was set to false, an explicit seek was removed in
4e3cc4bdd8.
Also from now on, if a forward seek in the write buffer were to cause a gap
between the already written data and the new file position, a flush will
happen.
The must_flush varable is also removed, which might have caused needless
flushes with multiple seeks whithin the write buffer. Since we know the amount
of data written to it, we will know when to flush.

The old "API" that signaled rotation as a metadata value has been
replaced by DISPLAYMATRIX side data quite a while ago.
There is no reason to make muxers/demuxers/API users support both. In
addition, the metadata API is dangerous, as user tags could "leak" into
it, creating unintended features or bugs.
ffmpeg CLI has to be updated to use the new API. In particular, we must
not allow to leak the "rotate" tag into the muxer. Some muxers will
catch this properly (like mov), but others (like mkv) can add it as
generic tag. Note applications, which use libavformat and assume the
old rotate API, will interpret such "rotate" user tags as rotate
metadata (which it is not), and incorrectly rotate the video.
The ffmpeg/ffplay tools drop the use of the old API for muxing and
demuxing, as all muxers/demuxers support the new API. This will mean
that the tools will not mistakenly interpret per-track "rotate" user
tags as rotate metadata. It will _not_ be treated as regression.
Unfortunately, hacks have been added, that allow the user to override
rotation by setting metadata explicitly, e.g. via
-metadata:s:v:0 rotate=0
See references to trac #4560. fate-filter-meta-4560-rotate0 tests this.
It's easier to adjust the hack for supporting it than arguing for its
removal, so ffmpeg CLI now explicitly catches this case, and essentially
replaces the "rotate" value with a display matrix side data. (It would
be easier for both user and implementation to create an explicit option
for rotation.)
When the code under FF_API_OLD_ROTATE_API is disabled, one FATE
reference file has to be updated (because "rotate" is not exported
anymore).

This patch deprecates anything that has to do with merging/splitting
side data. Automatic side data merging (and splitting), as well as all
API symbols involved in it, are removed completely.
Two FF_API_ defines are dedicated to deprecating API symbols related to
this: FF_API_MERGE_SD_API removes av_packet_split/merge_side_data in
libavcodec, and FF_API_LAVF_KEEPSIDE_FLAG deprecates
AVFMT_FLAG_KEEP_SIDE_DATA in libavformat.
Since it was claimed that changing the default from merging side data to
not doing it is an ABI change, there are two additional FF_API_ defines,
which stop using the side data merging/splitting by default (and remove
any code in avformat/avcodec doing this): FF_API_MERGE_SD in libavcodec,
and FF_API_LAVF_MERGE_SD in libavformat.
It is very much intended that FF_API_MERGE_SD and FF_API_LAVF_MERGE_SD
are quickly defined to 0 in the next ABI bump, while the API symbols are
retained for a longer time for the sake of compatibility.
AVFMT_FLAG_KEEP_SIDE_DATA will (very much intentionally) do nothing for
most of the time it will still be defined. Keep in mind that no code
exists that actually tries to unset this flag for any reason, nor does
such code need to exist. Code setting this flag explicitly will work as
before. Thus it's ok for AVFMT_FLAG_KEEP_SIDE_DATA to do nothing once
side data merging has been removed from libavformat.
In order to avoid that anyone in the future does this incorrectly, here
is a small guide how to update the internal code on bumps:
- next ABI bump (probably soon):
- define FF_API_LAVF_MERGE_SD to 0, and remove all code covered by it
- define FF_API_MERGE_SD to 0, and remove all code covered by it
- next API bump (typically two years in the future or so):
- define FF_API_LAVF_KEEPSIDE_FLAG to 0, and remove all code covered
by it
- define FF_API_MERGE_SD_API to 0, and remove all code covered by it
This forces anyone who actually wants packet side data to temporarily
use deprecated API to get it all. If you ask me, this is batshit fucked
up crazy, but it's how we roll. Making AVFMT_FLAG_KEEP_SIDE_DATA to be
set by default was rejected as an ABI change, so I'm going all the way
to get rid of this once and for all.

Allow all struct fields to be accessed directly, as long as they're
public.
Before this change, many fields were "public", but could be accessed via
AVOption only. This meant they were effectively not public, but were
present for documentation purposes, which was incredibly confusing at
best.
When user use the hls_wrap, there have many problem:
1. some platform refersh the old but usefull segment
2. CDN(Content Delivery Network) Deliver HLS not friendly
The hls_wrap is used to wrap segments for use little space,
now user can use hls_list_size and hls_flags delete_segments
instead it.

Allows the user to reserve space for the ODML master index. A sufficient
sized master index in the AVI header avoids storing follow-up master
indexes within the 'movi' data later. If the option is omitted or zero
the index size is estimated from output duration and bitrate.

This is required in matroskaenc for preliminary writing (correct) mkv
headers.

This allows a consumer to run the muxer's init function without actually
writing the header, which is useful in chained muxers that support
automatic bitstream filtering.
Add new mime types AAL2-G726 for g726 as suggested in rfc 3551.
This patch will break interaction with applications that incorrectly
use big-endian G.726 with mime type G726 but we know of at least one
device (DVTel camera) that correctly implements the rfc, so do the same.
Fixes ticket #5890.

We haven't had a stable release since the packet_gap addition, so probably it

As long as caller only writes packets using av_interleaved_write_frame
with no manual flushing, this should allow us to always have accurate
durations at the end of fragments, since there should be at least
one queued packet in each stream (except for the stream where the
current packet is being written, but if the muxer itself does the
cutting of fragments, it also has info about the next packet for that
stream).

This allows callers with avio write callbacks to get the bytestream
positions that correspond to keyframes, suitable for live streaming.
In the simplest form, a caller could expect that a header is written
to the bytestream during the avformat_write_header, and the data
output to the avio context during e.g. av_write_frame corresponds
exactly to the current packet passed in.
When combined with av_interleaved_write_frame, and with muxers that
do buffering (most muxers that do some sort of fragmenting or
clustering), the mapping from input data to bytestream positions
is nontrivial.
This allows callers to get directly information about what part
of the bytestream is what, without having to resort to assumptions
about the muxer behaviour.
One keyframe/fragment/block can still be split into multiple (if
they are larger than the aviocontext buffer), which would call
the callback with e.g. AVIO_DATA_MARKER_SYNC_POINT, followed by
AVIO_DATA_MARKER_UNKNOWN for the second time it is called with
the following data.

If set non-zero, this limits duration of the retry_transfer_wrapper()
loop, thus affecting ffurl_read*(), ffurl_write(). As soon as
one single byte is successfully received/transmitted, the timer
restarts.

This can be used for formats which write all format metadata as string to
files, therefore non-standard creation times such as 'now' will be parsed.
The standardized creation time is UTC ISO 8601 with microsecond precision.

Currently, AVStream contains an embedded AVCodecContext instance, which
is used by demuxers to export stream parameters to the caller and by
muxers to receive stream parameters from the caller. It is also used
internally as the codec context that is passed to parsers.
In addition, it is also widely used by the callers as the decoding (when
demuxer) or encoding (when muxing) context, though this has been
officially discouraged since Libav 11.
There are multiple important problems with this approach:
- the fields in AVCodecContext are in general one of
* stream parameters
* codec options
* codec state
However, it's not clear which ones are which. It is consequently
unclear which fields are a demuxer allowed to set or a muxer allowed to
read. This leads to erratic behaviour depending on whether decoding or
encoding is being performed or not (and whether it uses the AVStream
embedded codec context).
- various synchronization issues arising from the fact that the same
context is used by several different APIs (muxers/demuxers,
parsers, bitstream filters and encoders/decoders) simultaneously, with
there being no clear rules for who can modify what and the different
processes being typically delayed with respect to each other.
- avformat_find_stream_info() making it necessary to support opening
and closing a single codec context multiple times, thus
complicating the semantics of freeing various allocated objects in the
codec context.
Those problems are resolved by replacing the AVStream embedded codec
context with a newly added AVCodecParameters instance, which stores only
the stream parameters exported by the demuxers or read by the muxers.
This can be made more efficient, but first and the main goal of this change is to
store it at all

This solves the problem discussed in https://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2015-September/179238.html
by allowing AVCodec::write_header to be delayed until after packets have been
run through required bitstream filters in order to generate global extradata.
It also provides a mechanism by which a muxer can add a bitstream filter to a
stream automatically, rather than prompting the user to do so.
All encoders set pts and dts properly now (and have been doing that for
a while), so there is no good reason to do any timestamp guessing in the
muxer.
The newly added AVStreamInternal will be later used for storing all the
private fields currently living in AVStream.
This commit introduces a parser for the current bitstream produced by
Daala. It currently bears a large similarity with Theora, another
codec produced by Xiph. While likely to change in the future, its basic
format of packet parsing should remain fairly identical with its current
structure.
Once the bitstream freezes, there are a few probable simplifications
that could be made. Also, the current version (major, minor and micro)
is stuck at zero so it's unusable as a way to warn about possible
incompatibilities. This will change once the bitstream freezes,
however until then this file is strictly targeting the current git
master of the reference encoder, libdaala.
This file was developed independently at the same time by both myself
and Vittorio Giovara, who used libav as a starting point. For fairness,
and to prevent confusion and allegations, his name has been added to the
copyright in the license header as well, and vice versa.

The rewritten demuxer is placed in a new file, the current demuxer is
left as default. Carl has tested both and the one working better is
default.

The old one is the result of the reverse engineering and guesswork.
The new one has been written following the now-available specification.
This work is part of Outreach Program for Women Summer 2014 activities
for the Libav project.
The fate references had to be changed because the old demuxer truncates
the last frame in some cases, the new one handles it properly.
The seek-test reference is changed because seeking works differently
in the new demuxer. When seeking, the packet is not read from the stream
directly, but it is rather constructed by the demuxer. That is why
position is -1 now in the reference.

The code is simply broken, the read packets are not aligned to
the mp3 frames, the file end or the id3 tag thus this simply
cannot reliably find the ID3v1 tag to remove it
