05aec7bb87 Separate DWT from snow and dsputil 
This moves the DWT functions from snow.c and dsputil.c to a file of
their own.  A new struct, DWTContext, holds the function pointers
previously part of DSPContext.

2c8077621b Optimize ff_snow_horizontal_compose97i. 
this makes the 9/7 C wavelet at the decoder side 22% faster.
The old code is changed to match the new in terms of the order of operations
(which also makes it sligtly faster)

7a00bbad21 Implement avcodec_decode_video2(), _audio3() and _subtitle2() which takes an 
AVPacket argument rather than a const uint8_t *buf + int buf_size. This allows
passing of packet-specific flags from demuxer to decoder, such as the keyframe
flag, which appears necessary to playback corePNG P-frames.

"Google Summer of Code participation" on the mailinglist.
