d4ae8ac92f matroskadec: parse stereo mode on decoding 
Convert the Matroska stereo format to the Stereo3D format, and add a
Stereo3D side data to the stream.

Bump the doctype version supported.

564b7e0c00 matroskadec: silently skip CodecState element. 
mkvmerge apparrently uses it for mpeg1/2 video, but it contains the same
information as CodecPrivate, so it can be ignored.

987903826b Globally rename the header inclusion guard names. 
Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the
filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.'  to
'_' and uppercasing the resulting name. Guard names in the root
directory have to be prefixed by "FFMPEG_".

5df3cc6f80 matroskadec: list some more ebml IDs found in the wild and that we ignore 
This avoid printing some warnings about unknow IDs while we in fact know
the IDs but just want to knowingly ignore them.
