Before this fix quickxorhash would sometimes crash with an error like this: panic: runtime error: slice bounds out of range [-1248:] This was caused by an incorrect cast of a 64 bit number to a 32 bit one on 32 bit platforms. This commits ports a fast C-implementation from https://github.com/namazso/QuickXorHash It uses new crypto/subtle code from go1.20 to avoid the use of unsafe.
