Nick Craig-Wood e43b5ce5e5 Remove github.com/pkg/errors and replace with std library version 
This is possible now that we no longer support go1.12 and brings
rclone into line with standard practices in the Go world.

This also removes errors.New and errors.Errorf from lib/errors and
prefers the stdlib errors package over lib/errors.

Nick Craig-Wood 43e0929339 vfs: fix vfs/refresh calls with fs= parameter 
Before this change rclone gave an error when the fs parameter was
provided.

This change removes the fs parameter from the parameters once it has
been read which avoids the error.

Nick Craig-Wood 7781ea8d59 vfs: add an optional fs parameter to vfs rc methods 
Before this change we initialized the rc for a single VFS. However
rclone can have multiple VFSes in use now so this is no longer
adequate.

This change adds an optional fs parameter to all the VFS methods to
disambiguate VFSes when there is more than one in use.

It also adds a method vfs/list to show all the active VFSes.

This adds outline tests for the rc commands which didn't have tests
before.

Aleksandar Jankovic f78cd1e043 Add context propagation to rclone 
- Change rclone/fs interfaces to accept context.Context
- Update interface implementations to use context.Context
- Change top level usage to propagate context to lover level functions

Context propagation is needed for stopping transfers and passing other
request-scoped values.

Fabian Möller 782972088d vfs: add the vfs/refresh rc command 
vfs/refresh will walk the directory tree for the given paths and
freshen the directory cache. It will use the fast-list capability
of the remote when enabled.
