wm4 80e3173aa1 options: remove --heartbeat-cmd and --heartbeat--interval ... This mechanism uses system() and shouldn't even exist. x11_common.c has its own solution for the original problem (disabling Linux DE screensavers without MPlayer/mpv having to link a dbus lib).
