wm4 0cd217b039 vo_opengl: disable scalers on ES2
Even if everything else is available, the need for first class arrays
breaks it. In theory we could fix this since we don't strictly need
them, but I guess it's not worth bothering.

Also give the misnamed have_mix variable a slightly better name.
