6f0e3fb15d the avi spec does not allow random samplesize whoever wrote this should be shot 
also block align should be equal to sample size
i dunno if this breaks anything but the old code was definitly not correct
this also fixes amr_nb muxing (in .3gp with lavf for example)

c5c8169b47 Pass quant tables to next filters 
Fix problem when softskip is before pp. It disabled the pp filter (with no warning), since pp needs the quant tables.

544233bded Make compilation depending on USE_OSD unconditional. 
USE_OSD was hardcoded to true in configure, manually turning it off
would break compilation, and most OSD-related code wasn't affected by it
anyway so it did nothing useful.

a703241aa9 Update OSD contents only after the correct values for the frame are known. 
The most visible inaccuracy caused by the previous update location was
that the OSD always showed position 0 after seeking with demux_mkv.
Split frame decoding and filtering because with -correct-pts the pts
value that should be displayed for the frame is only known after
decoding but is needed before filtering (during which the OSD is drawn).

0d8f9453b5 Fix code that cuts audio data if the filters produce too much. 
It incorrectly used the channel count and sample size values from the
decoder even though the filters can change those.

aca2396794 Initialize fontconfig in VFCTRL_INIT_EOSD handler. 
Recent libass api changes moved fontconfig initialization to filter's
config() function. It is bad, because cache update can take a long time,
resulting in unpleasant sound effects. This change restores the original
behaviour.

0594cd07a0 Remove the x264 option parser, and pass the options on to libx264 as a string instead. This provides automatic support for all current and future x264 options. 
A few options had to be reorganized: partitions, deblockalpha/beta, me, direct_pred.

7f3113fab8 "global header" support, this is pretty much just copy and pasted code from 
libavcodec/x264.c and libmpcodecs/ve_lavc.c, with it -ovc x264 can be used 
together with lavf to make working .psp files amongth other things
feel free to reverse, flame, ...

14ddfdddf8 vertical scaler with accurate rounding, some people on doom9 can see +-1 errors 
the +-1 issue is limited to >2tap vertical filters, so bilinear upscale was unaffected
the new code is sometime faster sometimes slower but the difference is significant (~20%) so its optional and enabled with arnd=1

a759a80397 in some cases, vf_bmovl produces junk due to source and 
destination stride mismatch. The attached patch fixes it by replacing
memcpy with memcpy_pic.

e746e16d88 -vf pp7 overblurs still parts of the image, which 
have qp=1, and qp becomes zero after the >> 1. Modifying the threshold
table for qp=0 so it copies the qp=1 case seems to fix the problem.

e2727ec797 Add a new video pts tracking mode, enabled by option -correct-pts. 
This mode has the following differences:
- Video timing is correct for streams with B frames, at least with some
  demuxers.
- Video filters can modify frame timestamps and insert new frames, and
  removing frames is handled better than before.
- Some things are known to break, it's not usable as the default yet.

Things should work as before when the -correct-pts option is not used.

3a406e94d7 Get ride of the several if(identify) messy lines and rearangment of some of the output, both patches by Kiriuja mplayer-patches AT en-directo_net, his changes are barely unrelated, nevertheless Im commiting them thogeter just for the sake of my mental healt, I had both patches already applied on my local three

979532f2c6 Add properties for the tv input color controls. 
Make the "normal" color controls fallback on the tv ones
if not available from vf/vo.
