Automatic TV channels scanning ability for MPlayer.

Code is based on patch from Otvos Attila oattila at chello dot hu

.IPs threshold=<1-100> (default: 50)
Threshold value (in percent) for signal strength, reported by device.
Signal strength higher than this value will indicate that
currently scanning channel is active.
