Add support for loading RDI-related stuff using ordinals instead of
function names. Remove exports from the extensions/etc. This is another
step in the direction to make the DLLs less obvious.
Extensions no longer have their own name in the library metadata.
They're all "extension.dll". Metsrv is now "server.dll" and the two
non-extensions are "plugin.dll". I was going for something a little less
obvious.
This required changes to the RDI functionality.
By making this a static _inline, it is not necessary to guard it, since
an inline is only instantiated if it is used. This also allows adding
one-off debug message for use during debugging sessions, without turning
on DEBUGTRACE all over the place.
Convert a few of the extensions to also do this as well, making them perhaps
slightly smaller.
I am curious why Windows builds define debug this way, vs posix that
just includes it in common.c. Could I just do that instead, assuming
there's no historical reason.
Finally, correct the docs in the posix version of real_dprintf.
This exploit has been causing crashes and BSODs on various systems and
hence is deemed too unstable to be included in the default deployment of
Meterpreter. `getsystem` should only contain code which attempts to get
SYSTEM privileges via safe means; it should not have exploits in it.
This commit removes kitrap0d from `getsystem`. The code will be moved to a
windows local exploit in MSF instead.
