MSP-11130 `Metasploit::Framework::Spec::Constants::Suite` extracts out `LOG_PATHNAME`, `configure!`, and `define_task` as those piece are specific to handling constant leaks for the entire suite. This is in preparation for `Metasploit::Framework::Spec::Constants::Each`.
